PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

Appointed as the President Director of KSEI at KSEI Annual GMS on May 25, 2023. Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universitas Negeri Jambi (1991) and Magister Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University, Ohio, United States of America (1999). Previously, served as Director of Trading and Exchange Member Regulation at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (2012-2015) and Director of Corporate Assessment at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (2015-2018).

He held various positions including Head of Securities Institution Supervisory, the Department of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Agency (2006-2012) as well as Independent Commissioner of PT Arsy Buana Travelindo Tbk (2022-2023), PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (2022-2023), PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk (2019-2023), PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (2019-2023), and PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas (2019-2023). In addition, he is also active in organization, such as: Executive Director of the Indonesia PublicListed Companies Association (2018-2023)

As a Depository and Settlement Institution, established in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets which has been amended by Law No. 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector. KSEI’s primary mandate is to provide central Custodian services and ensure fair, orderly, and efficient transaction settlement within the capital market. To fulfill these responsibilities, KSEI has developed a robust and secure system known as C-BEST. Apart from that, KSEI is also expanding its services, including the implementation of S-INVEST to increase the efficiency of reporting and supervision for the Mutual Fund industry. KSEI offers a range of services, including:

3. Transaction Settlement Services;
4. Corporate Action Services;
5. Investment Infrastructure Provider Services; and
