CJSC Central Depository – is the only central settlement institution for local and international segments of securities market in the Republic of Tajikistan. We increase the transparency of depository facilities in respect of financial instruments and ease the access f foreign investors to the securities market of Tajikistan.
Certificate of State registration, Registration No. 0410028319, of September 10 2015, issued by the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and renewed on 07.10.2020.
Professional Securities Market Participant License No. 01-19 of October 8 2015 issued by the Agency for development of the securities market and specialized registrar under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
