CSDs legal issues and legal developments
Goals:
Regular exchange of information on past and forthcoming events in stock markets and on infrastructure changes. The possibility to become aware of forthcoming changes in advance.Objectives:
- Performing regular information exchange about the latest changes in national legislations.
- Describing main changes in the national legislations introduced within the current year and expected in the forthcoming year that will affect the CSD and its clients.
- Informing participants about the most significant changes in national legislations.
- Initiating suggestions for national regulators and self-regulated associations in order to introduce changes in the legislation in accordance with foreign investors’ requests.
- Keeping the Resolution on the Establishment of the Association of Eurasian Central Securities Depositories actual and up to date.
