RUE «RCSD» participated in a seminar held by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus

October 16, 2018 management and specialists of RUE “RSCD” took part in a seminar held by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus on the topic: “Securities market in the Republic of Belarus: trends, innovations, development directions”.

The seminar was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Securities Department of the Ministry of Finance, professional participants of the securities market, as well as the representatives of various ministries and concerns.

During the seminar, were discussed the issues of the current state and development directions of the securities market, including: securitization as a new funding mechanism for commercial organizations with using stock market instruments; investment funds - a new element of the financial market infrastructure; the usage of foreign depository receipts (legislative regulation and the practice of their application in the global financial market).

The topics discussed at the round tables were: major changes in the legislation governing depository activities, plans for the development of the government securities market, and the activities of self-regulatory organizations in the securities market.
