The composition of the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository has been changed

The composition of the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository JSC (Central Securities Depository) has been changed by the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 27, 2017 (Minutes #3):

1. Early termination of authorities of Yelena Studenina, Chairman of the Management Board (President) of the Central Securities Depository since January 15, 2018.
2. Election of Bakhytzhan Kapyshev as the Chairman of the Management Board (President) of the Central Securities Depository since January 15, 2018.
3. Early termination of the authorities of Sergey Molchanov, Vice-president of the Central Securities Depository since December 28, 2017.
4. Election of Aida Bassibekova as the Management Board member (Vice-president) of the Central Securities Depository since December 28, 2017.
