New normative legal acts regulating the activities on the securities market were adopted in the Republic of Belarus

The Decree of Ministry of finance of the Republic of Belarus dated 13.06.2016 № 42 approved the Instruction on the conditions and the procedure for access of the non-resident issuer’s securities for placement and trading at the territory of the Republic of Belarus and on the procedure of non-resident’s issuable securities qualification on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The Decree had come into force on October 5, 2016.

The Decree of Ministry of finance of the Republic of Belarus dated 13.06.2016 № 43 “On information disclosure on the securities market” approved the Instruction on the procedure for disclosure of information on the securities market.

This Instruction identifies the procedure for disclosure of information on the securities market, including securities market participants’ reports.

The Decree had come into force on October 3, 2016.
