Composition of the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC has been changed

Authorities of the previous Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) have been terminated ahead of a schedule and the following new composition of the Board of Directors has been elected by the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Central Securities Depository (minutes No. 3 dated March 29, 2016):

1. Azamat Joldasbekov (KACD Independent Director);
2. Oleg Smolyakov;
3. Yelena Studenina.

Yelena Studenina, the President of the Central Securities Depository, and Oleg Smolyakov, the representative of authorized body (the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan), are unelected members of the Board of Directors.

The term of office of the mentioned composition of the Central Securities Depository’s Board of Directors will expire in 2019 at the time annual general meeting of shareholders of the Central Securities Depositor will be held.
