Composition of the Management Board of Central Securities Depository JSC has been changed

Yelena Studenina has been elected as the Management Board Chairman (President) of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) from March 30, 2016 by the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Central Securities Depository (minutes No. 3 dated March 29, 2016).
